You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. ceri4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify our support team immediately by contacting us via live chat or email at the address listed in the footer of this page.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security. 2FA requires you to enter a time-sensitive code sent to your registered mobile device each time you log in from a new device or IP address. You may enable 2FA in your Account settings at any time.
To comply with regulatory obligations and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, ceri4d requires all users to complete a KYC verification process before processing the first withdrawal from an Account. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the source of funds or confirm your identity. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and funds being held until verification is complete. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. ceri4d reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership at any time. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts will be refunded to the source account, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the ceri4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider. ceri4d does not control or guarantee exchange rates and is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
You may withdraw funds from your Account balance to any of the payment methods supported for deposits, provided that the withdrawal destination is registered in your legal name and has been verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah), with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays) will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional KYC verification requirements.
You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1× turnover requirement) to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or fund transfer purposes. Partial withdrawals (withdrawing only the deposited amount while leaving bonus funds untouched) are not permitted; you must complete the full wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus to withdraw.
ceri4d reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal request if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: inconsistent betting patterns, matched betting or arbitrage activity, violation of bonus terms, or any behavior that suggests fraudulent intent. We may request additional documentation or conduct an account review before processing such withdrawals.
ceri4d does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. These fees are outside of ceri4d's control and are the sole responsibility of the user.
ceri4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. These terms are clearly stated on the promotion page and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.
All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements, which specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means that you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements; bonus funds used to place bets are not counted. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., live casino games may contribute only 10% per bet toward wagering requirements). Full contribution rates are listed in the applicable bonus terms.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal. Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account. We reserve the right to cancel or void any bonus if we determine that it has been obtained through fraudulent means, abused, or used in violation of the bonus terms.
ceri4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, placing opposite bets on the same event to guarantee profit (hedging), or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus systems. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed immediately, and all funds (including deposits, bonuses, and winnings) will be forfeited.
All sports bets placed on the ceri4d Platform are subject to the official rules and result determinations of the relevant sports governing body or league. Bets are settled based on the final result as declared by the official source (e.g., BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets may be voided or carried over depending on the sport-specific rules, which are detailed on the sportsbook page.
ceri4d reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started, void bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error (palpable error), or void bets where the result was already known at the time the bet was placed. Winnings from voided bets will not be paid, and stakes will be returned to your Account balance.
All live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) and RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, etc.) are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the game provider's decision on the outcome is final. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, it may be resumed when you reconnect, or the round may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the game provider's rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games offered on ceri4d are conducted using certified RNG systems to ensure fair and transparent draw outcomes. Draw results are final and cannot be contested once published. In the event of a dispute regarding a togel result, ceri4d will review game logs and RNG records to determine the outcome. You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Once closure is confirmed, you will no longer be able to log in or place bets. Any remaining balance in your Account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC verification. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 72 hours.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, ceri4d offers a self-exclusion program that allows you to restrict access to your Account for a specified period (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent exclusion).
